Water is a chemical substance that is essential to all known forms of life. It covers 71% of Earth's surface. There are 1.4 billion cubic kilometers (330 million mi³) of it available on Earth. It appears mostly in the oceans (saltwater) and polar ice caps, but it is also present as clouds, rain water, rivers, freshwater aquifers, lakes, airborne vapor and sea ice.

Water in these bodies perpetually moves through a cycle of evaporation, precipitation, and runoff to the sea. Clean water is essential to human life. In many parts of the world, it is in short supply.

Most people do not drink enough water.
Our bodies as we get older are 70% water. Our health, as well as the health of the planet is dependent on water. All life forms came from the ocean and about 70% of this planet is covered in water.

Water penetrates through all the cells in our body. Our bodies metabolism, digestion and circulation is dependent upon water.

dw
Water helps with the cleansing, transporting and removing of waste products from our bodies.

All metabolic processes rely on water to function. The colon, the kidneys, the skin and the lungs all play their part in extracting toxins from the body. So water is really important.

On a daily basis, the human body discharges about 0.4 to 0.6 gallons of water and this loss of liquid needs to be replaced. When our bodies are starved of water, the greater is the number of cells that die. Dehydration follows and aging is accelerated.

Drink at least 4 litres of water a day or build slowly up to this amount if you are not used to drinking water. This means pure water, not coffee, tea , wine beer and soda.

Our drinking water contains up to 300 different kinds of pesticide and fungicide residues. We live with an enormous amount of undetected contaminants in our drinking water.

Basically we have the technology to clean up the water from toxins and bacteria but all we have to do is look inside our electric kettles and see the calcium accumulating. It is impossible to assimilate inorganic minerals in building healthy bones and blood. Calcium carbonate and other minerals will cement our body. This calcium accumulating in our household appliances also accumulate in our bodies, particularly in our veins.

We need to drink the best water we can afford that is low in minerals.
This is living, unadulterated, natural mature spring water low in minerals and free from pollutants. Unnatural waters include sparkling or carbonated water and most drinking water.

Masuru Emoto's was born in Yokohama in July 1943. He graduated from the International Relations course in the Department of Humanities and Sciences at Yokohama Municipal University. cry

In 1986 he established the I.H.M. Corporation in Tokyo. In October of 1992 he received certification from the Open International University as a Doctor of Alternative Medicine.

Subsequently he was introduced to the concept of micro cluster water in the US and Magnetic Resonance Analysis technology.

The quest thus began to discover the mystery of water.

He undertook research of water around the planet not so much as a scientific researcher but as an original thinker, as a human being.

At length he realized that it was in the water crystal that water showed us its true nature. He continued with this experimentation and has written a variety of well-received books in Japanese. Some of these books are translated into various languages. He is currently the head of the I.H.M.General Research Institute Inc., the President of I.H.M.Inc.and the chief representative of I.H.M.'s HADO Fellowship.

Salt

The first registers of salt use were produced around 4000 B.C. in Egypt, and later in Greece and Rome. Salt was very valuable and used to preserve and flavor foods. In Ancient Rome, salt was used as a currency originating the Latin-derived term salary. Unfortunately for those paid with salt, it was easily ruined by rain and other factors. Payments to Roman workers were made in salt. Salt was also given to the parents of the groom in marriage until the 8th century.

From the Phoenicians dates the evidence of harvesting solid salt from the sea. They also exported it to other civilizations. As a result of the increased salt supply from the sea, the value of salt depreciated. The harvest method used was flooding plains of land with seawater, then leaving the plains to dry. After the water dried, the salt which was left was collected and sold.

Salt has the same fundamental importance for our life as water. All the properties of salt that relate to our body are closely connected to water.

Salt and Good Health

Salt is essential not only to life, but to good health. Human blood contains 0.9%salt (sodium chloride). Salt maintains the electrolyte balance inside and outside of cells.

Most of our salt comes from foods, some from water. Increased salt intakes have been used successfully to combat Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. Dramatic deficiencies (e.g. "salt starvation" in India) or "excessive" sodium intakes have been associated with other conditions and diseases, such as hypertension and stomach cancer.

Testing the salinity of perspiration is a good test for cystic fibrosis; scientists suspect that cystic fibrosis is caused by a deformed protein that prevents chloride outside cells from attracting needed moisture.

The National Academy of Sciences recommendsthat people consume a minimum of 500 mg/day of sodium to maintain good health. Individual needs, however, vary enormously based on their genetic make-up and the way they live their lives.

Most people consume "excess" sodium above and beyond that required for proper bodily function. The kidneys efficiently process this "excess" sodium in healthy people. Experimental studies show that most humans tolerate a wide range of sodium intakes, from about 250 mg/day to over 30,000 mg/day.

himWhen we talk about salt, we mean the unadulterated, holistic, wholesome, natural salt as it has crystallised in the earth over millions of years.

Ordinary table salt is only sodium chloride, an aggressive cellular poison.

Upon close examination we find that the human body is composed of water and salt. Crystal salt contains all natural minerals and trace elements that are found in the human body.
